A Hardin County Alumni, Russ has continued to give back to 4-H Camp over the decades. He was Hardin County adult staff for 22 years, has served multiple terms on the 4-H Camp Ohio Board, volunteers countless hours working at camp to improve facilities (including building the current footbridge and campfire circle) and has been pivotal in securing donations for many resources for Camp.
